Wali is interested in Islamic thought, Islam's relationship with politics, and Islamic Economics. Wali earned his BA at George Mason University and is currently an Editorial Assistant at the Maydan, the online publication of the Ali Vural Ak Center for Global Islamic Studies at GMU.
